4. Chicken cage mesh production process
1) Straighten: straight wire machine straighten the bending wire
2) Cut the wire: the straight wire machine has cut function,
according to the requirements of the cage mesh, cut the wire into
different length
3) Welding: The aperture of the bottom mesh is same, it is finished
by automatic welding and cutting machine, the aperture of the other
cage mesh, like top mesh, back mesh, parting mesh and door are not
same, they are finished by artificial and welding machine
4) Trimming and bending: after mesh finish, cutting machine remove
burrs and bending
5) Galvanized: cold galvanized, hot deep galvanized, PVC coated
