Structure for layer cage

Material of frame
Cutting the whole angle bar of 6m length according to the cage
frame length,the punch machine punches and screw holes
Mesh produce
Straight wire machine straighten the bending wire and according to
the requirements of the cage mesh cut the wire into different
length,the aperture of the bottom mesh is same,it is finished by
the automatic welding and cutting machine,the aperture of other
mesh like the top mesh,back mesh ,parting mesh and door are
finished by artificial and welding machine
Drinking system include the nipple drinker,water pipe,connector
,water tank (water pressure regulator),filter
Drinking system is fully automatic ,water pressure regular install
at one side of cage,connect water pipe,use the water pressure
difference to allow water flow to each nipple drinker
Feed trough
Material have PVC,high zinc plate,common galvanized plate,aluminum
alloy plate,we usually use the first two types
Color have white,deep green.according to the size of the
length,width,height there are S M L types,usually use is S and M
size
