Precautions for use and maintenance
1) Remove big impurities in manure waste, such as plastic bags,
hard things such as iron wire, nail and so on
2) First time using, add machine oil 2KG to 3KG
3) Filter mesh needs to clean every 15 days to 20 days
4) Every week check the content of lubricating oil
5) Release the water of retarder every one month
Working principle
The principle of this manure dewatering machine uses a mud pump to
send the raw manure water to the inside of the main machine. The
main motor drives the reducer through a screw shaft placed in the
screen.Thus the screw axis rotates, squeezing the solid material in
the division, and the liquid is left by the liquid outlet of the
lower part of the body through the screen.
And this machine has high strength spiral shaft, anti-corrosion
alloy double spiral blade, stainless steel screen and manganese
treatment spiral blade, which can improve the service life of the
product.The equipment can improve the recovery rate of farm manure
and is used in large and medium-sized poultry farms
